Romeo and Juliet

As part of Shakespeare Unplugged, a Shakespearean season at Tamuna Theater.

Three young directors bring to the theater the Shakespeare theme of desire, passion and violence. In the collaboration of young creators, Romeo and Juliet wake up again, for another battle over uncompromising love, in a world where those who don't kill are killed.

In a show that sends us a sign of a world rotten from war, from tainted politics and gratuitous hatred, three different angles of the conflict are revealed as each of the directors directs a different part of the play in his own way. Viewers get to know the love story in a multi-faceted and complex way.
